代金の支払方法・時期

Payment : Accept via Credit card and PayPal. Payment will be confirmed when you order.

商品のお届け時期

In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days in principle.
Out-of-stock items will be made to order, so it will be shipped about 1 to 5 weeks.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

代金のお支払い確定後、在庫のある商品は原則3営業日以内に発送いたします。
在庫のない商品は受注生産となりますので1週間から5週間程度必要になります。

返品について

We gladly accept return and exchanges only If the item is defective.
Mail us within: 1 week of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 2 weeks of delivery

We don't accept returns or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.

Conditions of return : buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
